What do you do when your old Real-Wood floors are scratched and 'knarly' looking...do you pay the $$mega-thousands$$ and hire a floor REFINISHER........or is there a way you can 'Refresh' your floors, and a much discounted rate.............

Here's an old BeachHouse in Crystal Beach, with beautiful 'real-wood' floors...that have suffered thru tenant after tenant......The owner said he received a $4,000 bid to 'Refinish' the floors....we told him of a much better and less expensive option because it is a Rental....called 'Refresh' (it eliminates the sanding). He challenged us to 'show him' how it works....we selected the worst area of the floor and did our 2' x 2' test area.....

And 'no...these are NOT Christmas Decorations'...it's July!

Luckily no one was hurt...

this is a closeup of the rubber of the Garage Door Weatherstrip...

and peeling off the Metal Garage Door...leaving the primer

This is the Next Door Neighbor's house...you can imagine the intensity of the fire......

we pulled off the vinyl after buying all our supplies...and found the Woodrot that was behind the vinyl.......Let me be the Cheerleader for the product "Peel-n-Seal".....which is the savior of problems like this.....the flashing is just not enough when it comes to using OSB (Oriented Strand-Board........or 'beaverboard' we used to call it)

we had to remove the old lap siding across the bottom....(notice it's getting dark....way to hang in there Chad...)

and the next day Chad soaked the driveway damage with Muriatic Acid and Pressurewashed at 3,000 psi.....

Good JOB Chad! The residue is imbedded in the Portland Cement of the Concrete due to the immense heat....
here's the Gable on the other side of the entry.....
and here's Chad doing his normal 'best'....even painted the Garage Door with 3 coats of Oil Base....
looking great...joints all tight.....
new garage door seal....
what a difference....Professional Contractors....
