We have a checklist where we enter a vacant property and totally inspect all the exterior siding, windows, sprinkler system, fence and gates, sod damages, any evidence of woodrot, roof, gutters and then we go inside and inspect room-by-room the condition of the paint, ceiling textures, ceiling fixtures (fans and lights), electrical outlets and switches, doors and locks, window and patio door blinds, and especially door bumpers. Then we inspect the kitchens and baths for plumbing issues and electrical safety. We also check out the Garbage Disposals and Dishwashers. THEN we start the repairs on all items.

We are also the Installation Contractors for Crestview Sears that install the Ovens, Stoves, Microhoods, Vents, and occassionaly the Dishwashers. We were chosen because of our ability to adapt the cabinetry and countertops to any size changes or requirements.

We remove and replace interior and exterior door units, install gutters and downspouts, fences and vinyl and wood/composite siding and shutters

Investigation and written proposal contract on any discrepancy or maintenance item a homeowner might have…and digital photographs of the before, during repair, and after repairs provided to the owner upon request with written invoice and warranty.
